Brunswick made a couple of tables similar to this one, the Jefferson and Monroe models made pre 1930. There was a huge run up in values for vintage pool tables during the 1980's, but demand for them has fallen off a cliff in recent years as the baby Boom generation that bought them downsized. Many tables of this vintage are now failing to meet their lowest reserve price at auction.
