From the fuzzy picture and

From the fuzzy picture and description of the back plate and based on the Horolovar 400 Day Clock Repair Guide by Charles Terwilliger I would guess the clock would be c1902 - c1906.  The disc pendulum makes it valuable and the original cover adds more.  The condition of the clock dial will add or subtract $'s. 

A ball park estimate would be $250 - 400 US.
