"Countryside" Enoch Wedgwood (Tunstall) LTD.

By Sheryl Miller, 23 June, 2009
Description

Blue pattern named "Countryside". I know that Enoch Wedgwood was the cousin of Josiah Wedgwood, another china maker from the same period. There are three large plates, one with a small chip from the edge, and two small six inch plates. There is a very small amount of crazing on two of the plates, but because of the pattern, barely discernible.

Re: "Countryside" Enoch Wedgwood (Tunstall) LTD.

I agree with the assesment that these are not "rare" plates and that the chip in the one plate would make the entire set (3 plates) with S&H worth $30.00 if there were no excessive wear marks on the other pieces. If the other pieces are worn or chipped as well, I would say that the "delivered" cost could go as low as $15.00. I give credit that the chip was "notably" presented.

Re: "Countryside" Enoch Wedgwood (Tunstall) LTD.

I have a service for 12 plus additional pieces (sugar bowl, cream pitcher, vegetable bowl, 6 juice glasses & 15 water glasses). My set includes dinner plates, bread and butter plate, fruit/dessert bowl and cup/saucers. None of these dishes have ever been used and none are chipped or broken. What is a fair price to ask for the entire set which includes 1 extra dinner plate,1 extra bread/butter plate, and 5 extra fruit/dessert bowls. I am wanting to get rid of the entire set.

Re: "Woodland" Enoch Wedgwood (Tunstall) LTD.

I have a serving plate with the silver bell handle in the middle.  It has no chips, perfect condition.  Is it worth anything?
