17th or 18th Century Tapestry

Description

This wall tapestry was found in a trunk when I purchased a Dan Marino card for my son 30 + years ago.  THe trunk was marked West Sussex England. Along in this trunk was beatles memoriabilia.  I purchased the card as well as the Tapestry.  I was told about 10 years ago its worth was over 6K - I would like to know more about the ERA and possbily how much it is actually worth, to possibly sell.

There is a good chance it actaully dates from the first quarter of the 20th Century, not the 17th/18th. A great many of them were made in Belgium and France and are marked or labeled on the back. Youll have to take it out of the frame and have a look, if it's marked it will be along the border edges.
