I cannot find any information about this mark. Please excuse my candid opinions but I want to be truthful. The coloration looks off. They are very simple pieces, with no particular trait that's outstanding. There is very little detail. My believe is that they are from the 1960's. If earlier, not much. There are no foundry marks and the marks are somewhat indistinct as well. Value is "decorative value", not based on what anyone would pay as a collector.
