Values for Jasperware have been in decline for quite some time now, especially if it isn't by Wedgwood. A number of comapnies made their own versions of it in England and Europe. Currently we see Jasper jugs like this go at auction for under $100.00.

It's not jasperware, but in the style of jasperware. It has glazing, whereas jasperware is matte, however the pattern is the same idea. At least, it doesn't appear matte in the photo. It's a bit hard to tell but the glare off the white raised relief would suggest otherwise. 

 

However, I cannot read the bottom marks. If there was a clearer photo I could date this piece for sure.
