Woman Sleeping with Wedding Cherubs flying in through window

This is a beautiful antique picture.  I've search for over 23 years for a signature.  The frame is old with fragile bow on top.  I perfer not to move, or dust as you can see in the picture, for fear of bumping the bow.  The woman is sleeping on what may be a white bear skin, with cherubs flying in throught the window dancing and celebrating, with one cherub placing a ring on her right hand, and another kissing her cheek.  I've spent countless hours enjoying this picture, and wonder what the value may be.
