Based on your images, your lidded urns are examples of "Cloisonne" Cloisonne urns like this generally have a brass base to which brass wire for the design is applied and filled with powdered enamel, then fired in a kiln. The enamel melts into a glass like texture which is then polished.
Urns like this were made in China, Japan and Korea, most dating between World Wars One and Two (1918-39), without a marking it's difficult to narrow their origins down, but the style of the dragon indicates these are most likely Chinese.
