Samovars like this were produced in large numbers from the late Victorian era til the 1920's in eastern Europe and Russia, most of them carried markings from participation and awards given at International exhibitions. Values for themmlast peaked in the 1990's, since then values have declined a grat deal, at auction comparable examples to this often now sell for under $200.00.
