Description

I tried submitting earlier so my apologies if this is duplicated post. I am looking for some information on this pine cupboard regarding its age, value, and where it came from. This information would be much appreciated. The piece measures 64" wide, 24" deep and 76" height. The doors swing inward and fold all the way back which I found to be unusual (but maybe that is common?) Thank you in advance. Jill

Most of these tend to be Eastern European examples, originally these were painted and stencil decorated. A lot of them were imported by the shipping container load during the late 1980's for the then booming market for pine furniture. Dating them is very difficult as they were hand made well into the 20th Century. most go at auction for under $500.00.
