Nice bit of Pre War Japanese Porcelain. Not much information on the company that made it, the term Gomei Kaisha is the Japanese equivalent of a general partnership marking. Pieces marked "Made in Japan" generally date post 1921 and used through till World War Two (1939).

I found this https://www.etsy.com/nz/listing/105669954/20s-seyei-goshi-kaisha-bluebi… with the same Seyi Goshi Kaisha company logo as yours. I’m not finding trays like yours but do find items made by the same company when I google Seyei Goshi Kaisha.
