The children are Dutch (also depicted in Amsterdam, Holland, Switzerland and the like but mainly Dutch) Were the pictures always on this piece? I ask cause my great grandmother added decals like these to a wardrobe when she had my grandmother. If so when doing research those would need to be excluded in description in order to find the original piece.
