I just had a look at your request and asked for more information. If a request is answered it will be listed in the recent comments column, you can also search for answers by doing a search in the " search instappraisal" box using your username.

You'll also receive an email when you have responses - so long as you don't disable that feature. You can also look at your account, click on your item you requested an appraisal for, and then you'll be taken to your item. If you have responses the responses will appear directly below your item post.
I submitted the exact same question! I tried to take advantage of the free appraisal on a pair of silver candlesticks. I have had no reply to that post, nor can I even FIND that post, nor has anyone replied to my email about these concerns!
