I really don't know much about this vase. We received this from an estate. Can you tell me about this vase?
it's (3) slats of hard wood grooved together with a metal plate on one side. It appears to be bronze, brass or copper. It's fastened to the wood with small nails. The plate reads "The Red Rambler" and shows (3) people, looks like man, woman and child, holding a magazine or paper of sorts, with this name on it. The bottom corners have floral designs and the top section with the name has floral designs in the bottom corners and small floral and leave design bordering it. I don't know what The Rd Rambler was; do you ? Appears to be Art Deco to me.
I Cannot find even one Stickley item that looks like these two. What is their value and a short history would be nice,
Thank you,
Sandy Vess
This chair was passed down from my great great grandmother to my mother and so on. It's in good condition except for the stain on one side of the legs is missing. The needlepoint cushion is in great shape as is the wicker back.
want to know if they are really occupied japan.want to know if they may be worth anything.
Mountain scenery, trees, running river, some snow on trees, nice use of colors.
