Dimensions above, Machine and treadle 5 drawer base came as single unit. Notions cabinet was included as veneer is a perfect match, as are drawer pulls. Uncertain as to date of purchase from Sears, both were given to me when Grandmother passed. Since then has been in my livingroom, and guests have inquired as to the value. Minor veneer damage, as machine was used for 30+ years by original owner to make quilts and clothing for the family, primarily in El Dorado, Ark. Photos will be added in the near future.

Four of the six panels have cracks in them and the glass needs some cleaning but otherwise this lamp is as it always has been. Â Â It was appraised for $1000 at Antiques Roadshow last year; however, it was at the end of the show and the table was mobbed with people. Â The appraiser did not know it was signed and numbered - just took one look at it and that was it. Â I wonder if the markings make any difference in case I should ever want to sell it. Â

The piece has no chip or cracks. There IS crazing of the glaze all over. When I purchased the piece, it was very dirty and I suspect it was used in the garden as a jardiniere, ergo, the temperature fluctuations causing the glaze to craze. I did not immerse it in water, I only wiped it down with a damp cloth. I hope someone can give a definitive answer as to the age of the item from the backstamp.Â

These were bought at a auction by me about 6 years ago. I have more but they are not this fancy. The other ones I have are decorated with one line at the top and maybe one wavy line at the top. Some are plain. They are heavy and well used.

Beautiful dappling of brown and black glaze with a hand crafted metallic floral art nouveau design. The metallic painting is carried thought both pieces encircling the very top and on each handle. I would love to know more about it. Any information would be helpful.  Â
