The plate never tarnishes any more than it is now, i presume my mother polished it for years tho. I have no info on its origin or who the people are in the frieze - can anyone help?
It seems to have been trimmed down from a larger piece, as its edges have fine saw lines, and there is slight buckling. Oddly enough it has three punch marks on the rear - like those made by a centre punch. My grandad brought it back from the great war, but apparently wouldnt say where he got it!

the sterling band holds the stones that are side by side and go all the way around the inside of the band the sterling is raised around the finger and has a swirling design on the top and bottom i think anniversary style best describes this ring and the placement of the stones my camera will not shoot a picture this small i appreciate any info that you can provide by my description thank-you

It is a beautiful scene of "THE NATIVITY" inspired by Metro Goldwyn-Meyer's "BEN HUR" painted and signed by Ben Stahl, published by Donald Art co. in 1959.It has deep dark colors of browns and burnt orange with much fine detail.
