The photo doesn't really capture the subtle gold tone of the main body. It is very elegant, and a gorgeous wall hanging; a focus for a room. Because of the gold/blue scheme it is different from the usual red ones with white cranes (have one of those too). I know these go for about $3000 as wall hangings in fancy antique shops so I don't want to get ripped off selling it for $200 on eBay. if you know of a site that would be interested in this kimono, please let me know. By the way, I left my clothes behind and stuffed this kimono in my backpack when I was in Japan in 1985. I was told it was an 'antique wedding kimono', whatever that means.  Â
