Description
I don't know much about this piece. I'm not even sure what this type of furniture is called. I do know it was given to my grandmother more than twenty years ago by a wealthy family (I think) who wanted to get rid of it. It has been in my family ever since.

Your piece is what's called
Your piece is what's called "Waterfall", a fanciful name for the front of furniture from the mid-1930's curving like a waterfall. Like many pieces made at this time they were a mix of Art Deco and Colonial Revival styles. As there is a lot of bedroom furniture from this era on the market values are quite modest, most sell for less tha $350.00.
