Based on the images, this clock is in the Empire style and it's probably French.
Putting a date on them is a bit problematic, because the style first appeared on the scene around 1815 and has gone through several revivals, the latest one being at the turn off the 19th century through the World War 1. This is one of the earlier ones that could date to the 1840's, as it is missing pieces its value is reduced, comparable examples without company/ makers marks go at auction for under $200.00 these days.
