As Cleveland’s oldest auction house we offer a range of services.

Our Gallery offers a selection of paintings, prints, drawings, sculpture and decorations through the modernist area. This is by appointment only.

The auctions are internationally renowned, featuring fine art, works on paper, books and ephermera and decorative arts held in our gallery or on-site. Our auctions feature the best of both worlds being live auctions but with internet, phone and proxy bidding available.

Appraisals are provided for insurance, tax purposes, estate planning, donation, probate or fair market value evaluations. We charge on an hourly basis for appraisals and this includes a typewritten report. We will provide a quote for your appraisal that we will not exceed. Rachel Davis Fine Arts will offer free verbal appraisal on items one is interested in consigning through us. These are available by appointment in the gallery or in whole house walk-through. We are presently listed as approved appraisers on both the Cuyahoga and Geaugua county probate courts.

Consignments for single items or entire collections are accepted for our auction, sale through our gallery or private sale. Opportunities for outright purchase are welcome. Consulting and liquidation services are available.

Since 1987, expertise and integrity in the sale of fine and decorative arts!
