Long Description
I cannot find anything remotely resembling this piece unless I look at prehistoric African art it's an African man in a boat and on the bottom of the boat is a swiveling fishÂ
History
I picked this up at a yard sale along with another prehistoric piece that has sense disappeared. I paid $.25 for them both. As soon as I saw them I knew they were special so I was good with the bubble gum price they had on it.

I would like to know a time period on this item and even in current condition a rough value of the item would be great. If the price is right I would love to sell it to someone who would treat it well.
