Toulouse-Lautrec poster
Paintings and prints are really hard to identify and appraise from a photo. To do it properly, it needs to be removed from its frame and thoroughly examined.
These posters have been reproduced for decades. That said, I'd go to an art dealer/gallery so that they could identify whether this is a color lithograph from the 1890s. If you live close to a large city, I'm sure there is a dealer that would be willing to help you.
