Description

The serial number of this chest is 333260 the style number is 48391x.  I have no idea what the lovely ornate details are?  I also can not find any other chests that look like mine online anywhere and I have spent days searching!!  Any information that anyone may have on this would be very much appreciated!

It's loosely based on the Baroque and Spanish Revival styles which were popular at the time. Lane made vast numbers of these Hope chests, and a great many still survive to this day.Values tend to be modest for them, even if in good condtion most sell for less than $300.00
