Help...JW and Son...what is this

Description

The bowl and pitcher were given to us when my husbands grandmother passed away. It is white/off white and is in good condition. On the bottom of both items is a stamp that says J.W. and Son. We searched everywhere trying to find more information on the china but haven't been able to find anything.

It's a late 19th Century wash basin set, the mark looks American, but I have no record of it. No big value though, comparable sets often sell at auction now for about $75.00.
