Chinese Silk Embroidery

Description

I purchased this piece at an auction.  It looks and feels like silk but I really don't know. The glass was very dirty and I have cleaned it but the mat around the picture is aged and dirty as can be seen in the photos. The frame appears to be made of bamboo.  It is stapled to the board backing but I was able to lift one corner up to inspect the back.  The only markings I find are on the left hand margin ( three little black marks)

I believe it may be a picture of the Maple Bridge & Han Shan Temple in Suzhou.

I really appreciate any help in identifying and appraising this piece.
