Unique charm/pendant marked "BRITAIN"

Appraisal complete
Description

I bought a old vintage jewelry box filled with jewelry. This was on a string with multiple charms. I don't know if it's a charm or earring. It has shapes of 3-leaf clovers and triangles. Just curious to see if it has potential.

Hi! I have been serching all over the internet and images for 3 days and nights now after falling down a mud path and landing in a tiny strem of the colne river near the thames and finding one almost identical apart from the glass triangles are a slightly different ccolour. May I ask where you are and have you found anything else out about it as I can't still and now am curiouser than ever!? Thanks!
