Antique Porcelain Pitcher-What is this?

Description

This looks like a pitcher but there is no top. Not sure if it ever had one. It is in very good condition. No cracks or chips. Some of the gold paint is a little faded. There is also some textured gold in the middle that feels embossed. I want to sell it but don't know how to list it and am looking for a name, if possible.
