SIlver plater with hallmarks I can not Identify. I am hoping someone who knows hallmarks well can help me identify the time period of this platter along with what it may be worth.....

Hallmarks are in what to seem like shields 1st marking in shield is an "m" shape second is an "m" type shape third is what seems to be a letter "c" with a crown on top of it
