From the image it looks like a small pier mirror, these were usually paired with a matching table tha mounted beneath it. These were used in hallways and between windows. This one is indeed eastlake in style and dates from the 1870's.
Values for them have crashed in recent yearas after peaking in the early 1990's. Currently at auction similar mirrors now sell for about 150.00
