Silver Enamel painted Spoon Set

Description

What were they used for???

The spoons are about 4" long and each one has a very unique handle.  I am assuming that each handle is a depiction of something, but not sure what.  They are all hand made and hand painted.  I believe that they are of Asian origin.

The box in which the spoons are housed, is yellow and has a flower design
