Bisque Porcelain Bust figurine on pedistal

Description

This is a bisque porcelain ceramic type bust on a pedistal.....was told it might be made in Italy or France and it's from late 1800's early 1900's. Can't tell if it's a child or not. Can't tell whether it's male or female. It's wearing grey shirt, with yellowish hair and blue hat. It is indented on the back with number 85, up inside bottom has a letter S indented then the letter MF in a square indented. I am trying to find out age, maker, what it's worth if anything.
