Description
I inherited this profesionnally framed print/painting in the late 70's. There is a label on the back that reads "Windsor Art Products - Pico Rivera, CA" and describes the painting/print as "Item No. V2429 817, Description Sylvan Solitude, IBM No. 24X." It is signed "LORENZ" in the bottom, right-hand corner.
Re: Sylvan Solitude by Lorenz
This is an example of ``Decorator Art``, sold in department stores through out the 60`s throught the 1980`s. It`s a mass produced product of very little value, they often sell in charity shops for uner $20.00. The artists name on them is often made up, the artists hired under contract to churn out the originals.
