The tea set was a wedding gift to my wife's grandparents in 1930. Both grandparents were born and lived in Atella, Italy. The grandmother and her children (wife's mother and aunt) survived the German occupation but the grandfather was executed by the Nazi's for his part in the "underground". The "Tea Set" was placed under some loose floor boards along with some other valuables and made it through the war except for the one missing tea cup that could never be found.
