This is a Western Electric Company antique telephone, Model 329 W. This is not, however, a rotary telephone. It is one that would be hooked up to a ringer box and you would pick up the handpiece, and then tap on the handpiece holder to access an operator, who would then connect you to the person you are calling.
It is approximately a foot or 14" tall, has a black metal base, stem & handpiece, as well as a black mouth speaker, which is surrounded by a silver metal piece.
