Vintage Brass Cigarette, Match Holder

Description

There are no marking or symbols that indicate the maker. However on the bottom of it, there are scratched made by the owner. I have tried to make them out, but every combo I have tried does not seem to work.

There is also the possobility that these notches where made to symbolize the number of men harrassed or killed.

It is obvious that this memorabillia from a Klan memeber. I am in no way affilliated with the KKK, however this is an incredible piece of History, and I would like to have a better idea of its history, and worth.
