Sits on four 'legs' approximtely 11/4 inch height each. a band was attached with detailed design around bottom of canister depicting a tree alternating with a flower with below tassels and above possibly stars inbetween diamond pattern single lattice.
Pictured opposite each other on side of main body are a rose and leaves. Letters in scroll ( which I cannot make out) are in between. They may be personalized initials.
It does need cleaning, has a 'nick' in the rim and a couple of small dents . It is slightly out of round, one leg support does not sit on surface.
I am only guessing that it is silver plated. Once I can determine its value I will post it on E-Bay for sale.
