Description

I have no information on it, except what is on the cup itself. it appears to be german. No makers mark is shown any where that I can fine. There is some patina starting by inscription. I have no history, origin, only its value for silver content (I did have a silver/gold dealer price it for metal value).What I need to know is if it has any historic content (value). I am not a collector, but still would like fair value for it if it has any history attached.
