Description

This painting is of boats in the harbor. The main colors are vibrant, the oil is raised in places to give a beautiful textured look to the painting. I just think that it is a beautiful marine painting. The frame is original to the painting and is stained wood, also the frame is not elaborate and is only about a half inch wide around the painting.

History I found this painting at a church rummage sale. I don't know much about the painting other than, he is a Chinese artist and most of his painting were sold in the 1970's.
