Description

I have a pair of hammered iron (or brass?) Andirons by the Adams Company.  They have "Adams 16-18" stamped on the interior wall.  One of the leg extensions is rusted away and only half of it is present, though it stand up fine.  I think they are functional, although a piece might have to be welded on or a support used to support a grate.  I think they are very handsome.  They came with our tiny ranch house in Madison, WI which has an amazing 3 full fireplaces! My question is, what value do these andirons have, if any? Thanks,  Ginny
