Description

This is a amber colored glass jug with screw black top.

It has a crest that says "per aspers ad astra" (latin for through hardships to the stars) also has two dragons with crown , fleur de les cross and flower on silver crest on front. 

Have five matching shot glasses all with same silver crest.

No cracks or chips.

My idea is that it was for an alcohol packaging promotion of some kind? It does not smell inside the jug however. 

Amyone know the history or value of this item?
