Old electric train set

Description

I have a train set that is approx. 50m years old. I have an engine, coal tender, tanker, boxcar, flat car, caboose, and an sparel motor/engine for the main engine. the engine is designed as a steam engine and the only markings I can find are the numbers "666" on both sides of the conductors cab. All of the other cars are marked MAR on the bottom of each car. I also have flashing railroad crossing lights that "ding ding" when the train passes by and a small office with part no.145-17 that sits on a metal base platform and has three wires coming out of it. When the train pulls up, the door opens and a man comes out of the building as if he is helping with luggage etc....i have no track with it and it is in fair-good condition.

Can someone please help me:

1 - Identify the maker and model of the train set?

2- it's approximate value

Thank you so much in advance.
