I googled what the sketch looks like and came up with bear fountain in berlin, it is a fountain with a bear holding a shield or coat of arms, you can clearly see the bear in the sketch and I have included a photo of the location. It is signed and the location is noted however I can't make out the signature. It is in the original frame. The item is an original frame, the framing company is listed as Adler's Los Angeles with a phone number that begins with AX .Any info would be greatly appreciated
