Russian side plate possibly

Description

8 1/2 inch ceramic side/dinner plate with green leaves, red and purple flowers around the brim. On the back in a square pattern it has a leaf like branch on top of two wavy lines and 3nK etched into the back underneath that it has the no. 38. Have similar plate with the no. 42. Unfortunately Im unable to upload photos at the moment.
