Antique Seal Ring

Description

I have, what I've been told is, an 1800-2000 year old seal ring. It is made of some sort of metal, has an ancient (tribal?) looking figure carved into the "seal" part.   The figure appears to be holding some sort of spear or weapon. I really have NO clue as to where this thing may have come from geographically, time-period (other than the 2000 year old guesstimate of a friend), or the value of it. Any help, advice, suggestions, ANSWERS you may have would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
