Your chairs are based on the Chippendale style and are of a type we call being in the "Colonial Revival" style. Such pieces are meant to resemble furniture made in North America circa 1620-1780, most date from the first quarter of the 20th century. Most manufactueres had their own line of this style so they are not rare or considered valuable. What you paid is about what they'd go for at auction these days, we retail examples that are in very good condition for under $100.00 each.
