Oak table

Description

I have inherited a table with a pivoting and folding top.It is in very poor condition and looks to be at least Victorian/Edwardian. There are 2 circular carved legs. There is a concealed cutlery drawer under the top. There is a faded label underneath with the initials T.B.P. I am not concerned about value, but would like to know it's origin
