Kutani Dragonware

Description

Set contains the following:

12 - Cups, Sacers, Salad Plate, Plates, Soup Bowels,  (1) Cream Pitcher, what appears to be (1) gravy dish? attached to a saucer,  (1) Sugar Bowel, and (1) Tea Pot

Design :  Raised Dragon on front (Gold w/red tongue).  Outer edges have raised Red w/gold trim design. 

The rim of the dishes have a gold edging.

Back of the items have the lithophane Geisha Girl as well as the word Kutani in cursive letters.  Under-

neath the word, is a circle with the capital leters SN.  Below that is the word CHINA

History This set was given to my sister from my Uncle in 1970. We were told that my Uncle purchased it in Japan during the Korean War and gave it to my Great Aunt. When my sister received it, it had been
boxed up for at least 5 years.
