Description
I don't know much about it. I bought it at a thrift store for $5. Its brassy looking. About an inch tall and an inch wide. It says Japan on the bottom and M.C. on the side.

Distinguishing marks
M.C. on side looks like its in a hanging sign. Also there is what looks like a peace sign or globe in front of the number 40. That is located on the top underneath the striker.
