okay i found from resaearching my peices that the b.c. over the date means its assayed by viktor savinski and its made in moscow thats the guy one horse its actually saint george on horse killing a dragon. the 84 is a zolotnik number it mean its 87.5% pure silver. try and photo the other hallmark it could be in latin or cyrillic hard to tell without seeing who made it thats really the most important one. also whats the weight always important with precious metals.
