Circa WWII flag insignia bracelet

This bracelet measures 7" long, and appears to be brass or copper witt enameled flags. Some of the flags appear to be Alphabet Flags used by the navy, but many are not, and at least one is the Nazi flag, whiile another features a smaller swastika.I believe this to be pre- WWII, when swastikas were actualt used on some USA items.There are fourteen flags in all.This was acquired in a box-lot of militaria, all dating to WWII. It was mostly USA Army and Marine, but included some pre-Nazi German artifacts dating to the 1920's and 30's.
